I Hate Public Speaking

I believe that this video was used to express that when we speak publically, we all have the same emotions and feelings. Many people expience fear, nervousness, and anxiety when they speak. We begin to sweat, shake, get clammy, and have an upset stomach. I think that it also shows that we shouldn't worry so much. Everyone gets worried when they speak. Some people get in front of a crowd and just look so comfortable and natural. This issue makes you even more nervous. Although, I am almost positive that even the people who appear as comfortable are actually very nervous inside as well. I find myself more nervous as more people go. We let ourselves interfere more than we let others interfere. We allow our minds to think of so many negative things as we speak, instead of being confident and thinking of all the positive things we are doing in our speach. I think that this video shows us that everyone feels the same, so we shouldn't have anything to worry about.

Toy Story!

Toy Story is the Best. Movie. Ever! I have grown up on Toy Story. From the time I was little I would constatnly watch this movie. I loved all of it and I still do. The movie just brings me so much joy! I used to think when I was younger that my toys came alive at night just like these do, so I always had to treat them really good. I love the fact that all these toys work together for the good of their "owner" Andy. The love shown in Toy Story just makes me happy. I would have to say it is by far my very favorite movie ever put on the Earth! I still enjoy watching it no matter where I am. I just love it! :)

I AM SECOND

I am second. That is the one thing I have to remind myself every day. I must always be second, and God must always be first. I am second is a group of videos made by our everyday celebrities. These videos are of people, sitting in a white chair, telling their testimonies, and how they found God through their trials. I love to watch these videos because they help me to know that there are so many people that go through the exact same thing I do. I am second describes me through the fact that I have a belief in Christ as my Lord and Savior, and I must live my life in second place for Him, not first.

My Flute and Band

I love playing my flute. I began playing it in the sixth grade. I wanted to give up because I wasn’t catching on at first, but my mom told me to stick with it just one more year. I can never thank her enough for telling me not to give up. I love playing music and making friends in band. Playing the music helps to relax me and give me confidence. I also love the feeling of marching in a competition and the rush you get when you get out in front of all of those people on a football field. The friends I have made through the past years in band are friends that I will keep forever. Some of my best friends I ended up meeting through band. Playing my flute is something I love and hope to do for the rest of my life.

Purdue-School of Pharmacy

Throughout my life, my dream has always been to attend Purdue University. My career choice has changed quite a few times, but I now want to become a pharmacist. I think Purdue is an excellent school of Pharmacy, and many other majors. I have never been to the campus, but I have done a lot of research, and I think it sounds like the perfect school for me. The pricing is very high for this college program, and I will have to work towards many scholarships. I know getting into the Pharmacy Program to become a Pharm. D. will be a lot of hard work and time, but as long as I keep my goals very big, I will be able to attend this college and have my dream job.
